My Vision
Hello, my name is Joshua!Â
I am an aspiring Marketing Specialist with an interest in Information Technology.
In my younger years I was captivated by beautifully crafted video advertisement and graphics that were shown during tv commercials, YouTube advertisements and cinema screens. I decided to pursue video and image editing as a hobby in high school to explore my creativity. At university I chose to study Marketing and Information Systems with the goal of understanding how Information Systems can be leveraged to attain exceptional Marketing results.
In my free time I like to play video games, edit videos, watch a wide variety of sports and keep active through Futsal, Table Tennis and a casual morning jog.

My Industry Journey
My professional work experiences over the years has helped me develop key soft and technical skills. From the humblest of beginnings starting out as a freelance video game editor on YouTube - eventually being hired by gaming organisations as an editor - to my time working casually at Australia Post - and finally the industry internships I undertook to develop my Marketing skills and techniques - Take a look at where I have worked!

My Education Journey
My formal education started in 2004 where I attended my local primary school which reinforced a strong work ethic in me whilst adhering to values of integrity, compassion and respect.
In 2011 my high school education began at the Oldest Catholic High School in Australia, Parramatta Marist High School. It is here where I learnt the true meaning of hard work and sacrifice. From the euphoric highs to the darkest moments, my high school education set the stage for cultivating my resilience in order to achieve the goals I set out to achieve. Parramatta Marist instilled strong problem solving skills with the innovative learning approach - Project Based Learning (PBL).
In 2017, I embarked on my tertiary education studies at the University of Technology Sydney. In this stage of my life I experienced the largest growth, going from a timid first year to a confident 5th year student ready for the professional industry.
In addition to engaging in various activities and extra curriculars at university, I was able to maintain strong grades seen in my Distinction average for both my degrees which shows my commitment and love for what I have chosen to study.
